Proposals must be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module by October 26, 2026, at 8:00 AM Central Standard Time and must remain valid for 180 calendar days. Submissions are divided into three volumes covering contractual documents, technical proposals, and pricing. Compliance with ITAR, DFARS cybersecurity standards, and FASSCA supply chain risk mitigation is mandatory.
