The Office of the Attorney General is issuing this Invitation for Bid to establish a 5-year blanket contract for the Axon Taser 10 Certification Pro Plan for the Criminal Investigation Division (CID). The Axon Taser 10 Certification Pro plan includes the Axon Taser 10, associated accessories, training certifications, and extended warranties to support the start-up of a comprehensive Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) Program. The issuing office believes that the requested items in this request for offers may be proprietary to one vendor under Section 2155.067 of the Government Code; however, the issuing office strongly encourages offers from all qualified respondents that may be able to provide the requested items. These specifications are being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code. Only bids on items conforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determining an award. All associated charges related to this procurement must be provided on this form. Submission of Respondent Letterhead Quote is required as Pricing Bid proposal.
