This request for proposal is for a five-year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for 30kW and 60kW diesel engines manufactured by Deere and Company. The contract carries a guaranteed minimum value of 10,000 dollars and a maximum ceiling of 1,400,000 dollars over its lifespan. While the estimated annual quantity is 10 units per national stock number, these figures are for planning purposes and are not guaranteed. Because the government lacks complete technical data for these items, John Deere is the approved source on the source controlled drawings. Offerors must provide firm-fixed prices for all quantity ranges for each of the five years to ensure fair and reasonable pricing. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the Federal Business Opportunities website or directly to the contracting specialist, and bidders must maintain an active profile in the System for Award Management.
