The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 400 each minimum to 3,400 each maximum of a Bearing, Roller, Cylindrical, NSN: 3110-01-084-2368, Part Number: 5034T06P01 applicable to the BF (UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700)). Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 400 each, 2nd Year, 500 each, 3rd Year, 500 each, 4th Year, 1,000 each, and 5th Year, 1,000 each. F.O.B. with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. Required delivery with First Article (FA) requirements is 100 each 135 days after contract award (DACA) and 100 per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each 90 days after contract award (DACA) DACA and 100 per month thereafter until contract completion. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).
