Definite Quantity Contract requirement for National Stock Number (NSN) 3110 016162481, Bearing, Slewing Ring, and PN: 14003546. Issued as unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition (1B). RFP quantity-4579, target delivery requested for production-404 DARO. Terms-FOB Origin, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, FDT applies. This solicitation included provision-Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) Assessments (Procurement Note L08). This is a critical application and restricted bearing item. This NSN verified against the Army, Navy, and Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI) tab in the Material Master-Special Procedures Code 2/25/22, it is not a CSI item. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and cannot be exported without prior authorization from either the Department of State or the Department of Commerce.
