Project Title: WOSB Set-Aside: Renovation of Building 20 Restrooms


Description:


The United States Coast Guard (USCG) at Base Los Angeles/Long Beach has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate two restrooms located in Building 20. This opportunity is a total set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB).


The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to:


  • Men's Restroom: Repairing a section of the wall and matching existing tiles, installing a 24"x36" plumbing access panel, installing one government-furnished urinal, and replacing the floor tiling. This will require the temporary removal and re-installation of one toilet and its partitions.

  • Women's Restroom: Replacing the floor tiling, which will require the temporary removal and re-installation of one toilet and its partitions.


The work will be performed at USCG Base Los Angeles Long Beach, 1001 South Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731.
