This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120 01-265-3405) for a BEARING, PLAIN, ROD END. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. This item is manufactured to a "Source Controlled Drawing: BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC (97499), DWG 214-060-158 REV K, P/N 214-060-158-101. There is one approved source of supply: VALLEY TODECO INC CAGE 06710 P/N 214-060-158-101. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. his item is a Critical Safety Item with a Certificate of Quality Conformance requirement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source.
