The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish various parts, components, docks, and applications for small uncrewed aircraft systems (sUAS), ground robotic assistant and unmanned surface vessel and related services to establish consultancy, project management and advisory support services, demonstration capabilities and applications for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and UAS Traffic Management (UTM) concepts, technologies and use cases.

Yes. | Answered: 6/10/2026 Inquiry 91167 | The ODOT states “If a Vendor that is a foreign corporation or foreign limited liability company intends to assert an exemption as described in Section 1703.02 or Section 1706.512 of the Ohio Revised Code, a Vendor shall provide sufficient documentation that demonstrates exemption from the requirement to register with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office within seven business days of the award.” Could the ODOT please provide details on the acceptable forms documentation to claim exception?Additionally, could you please confirm these are not due at the time of the bid, but rather within 7 business days of contract award? | Answer: A signed affidavit is an acceptable form. If so, how can this be shown on the Pricing spreadsheet? | Answer: Travel is addressed in the Standard Terms and Conditions, Section V. Order and Payment Provisions, letter H. H. TRAVEL. Any travel that the Contractor requires to perform its obligations under this Contract will be at the Contractor’s expense. ODOT will pay for any additional travel that it requests only with prior written approval. ODOT will pay for all additional travel expenses that it requests in accordance with Section 126.31 of the Ohio Revised Code and Rule 126-1-02 of the Ohio Administrative Code.Any travel required to fulfill the needs of specific scopes of work will be identified within each individual scope of work.
