An Eligible Applicant under this RFA is a Nonprofit Organization as defined in Section 1.2, Definitions and Acronyms, of this RFA Solicitation.
Nonprofit Organizations do not have to be Texas-based; however, they must provide a physical, Texas-based address on the Contact Information Form in the Application that is within the community or communities it proposes to serve.
