The Smithsonian Institution seeks interested Small Business contractors to establish multiple Small Business Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts with construction firms to provide construction services between $1 million to $8 million per project. The NAICS code is 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This announcement is for the selection and award of one or more Contracts that will support construction needs in our facilities for the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and surrounding facilities such as the Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute in Front Royal, VA and the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, Edgewater, MD.
