Amendment 00001 The purpose of this amendment is to notify interested parties of the inclusion of additional Buy American clauses and provisions to the solicitation and to extend the due date for quotes from May 8, 2015 at 4:00 pm PST to May 15, 2015 at 4:00 pm PST. The changes to the clauses and provisions are noted in red font. Offerors who have already submitted a quotation under this solicitation do not need to re-submit their quotation if it is unchanged as a result of this amendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number R15PS00788. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-81 dated April 10, 2015. The North American Industry Classification system code (NAICS) is 332710 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This is a total small business set aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed price contract to a responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Evaluation factors are technical, past performance, and price. Task 1.
