Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to award The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of U.S. Department of the Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to TELOS Corporation, 19886 Ashburn Road, Ashburn, VA 20147-2358 to provide highly specialized IT services supporting the Army service level Defense Messaging System X500 Directory and Organizational/User Registration mission. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract, to increase the total ceiling. This action includes a 12-month Base period and one 12-month Option period, and an additional four month transition out optional period for a total of 28 months. Base period runs from September 30, 2010 to September 29, 2011. Option 1 runs from September 30, 2011 through September 29, 2012. Optional transitional period runs from 30 Sep 2012 through 29 January, 2013. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
