DLA Weapon Support (Richmond) intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5.


Description of requirements:350 Tonn Press Brake in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 26-15-1000. Performance period/completion 180 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. The complete technical data package VIBB 26-15-1000 including 350 Ton Press Brake, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tag, Shipping, Rigging, and Installation of equipment


Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition procedures. 


The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.


THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. RFQ SPE4A8-26-Q-0036.is anticipated to be issued on or around 18 May 2026. A copy of the written solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations.
