Full Description

North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334517. This procurement action shall consist of one each complete digital imaging system to be used for the radioscopic inspection of ammunitions items. This system shall consist of the en gineering design and installation of two adjoining inspection vaults, two conveyance systems, two digital imaging systems and one high energy linear accelerator system. Delivery: Approximately 15 months after date of contract award. The delivery shall a lso include 40 hours of training on the operation and maintenance of the linear accelerator system and 40 hours of training in the integrated system and software controlling conveyance part manipulation, imaging acquisition, processing and storage of the i maging and conveyance systems. All shall be stipulated in the scope of work provided with the solicitation. It is encouraged that the offerors to this solicitation make a site visit to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP). FOB Destination, MCAAP, Mc Alester, OK. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide good/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or contact the CCR at 1-88 8-227-2423. Approx issued date is with opening date 30 days from issue.
