This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This procurement will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable, for the procurement and installation of the following equipment: 470 cases Roma Plastillina #1 Green-Grey Clay with shipping costs (Brand Name Specific) in accordance with the below specifications. Clay must be fresh (manufactured within most recent two months). Basis of award will be lowest price technically acceptable, based on technical evaluation.
