This is not a request for competitive proposals. Army Contracting Command Warren intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract action for Low Velocity Air Drop Kits and installation for 120M Motor Graders. This action will be on a sole source basis from Caterpillar, Inc (CAGE 11083) Mossville, IL under contract W56HZV-08-D-0037 to support the 120M Motor Grader program. The proposed contract action is for hardware, installation, shipping, packaging data, and provisioning data for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. For possible future requirements, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
