This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) 07-Q-0455 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This shall include the headsets, QuitePro Dual Tailored Digital MBITR, and QP MBITR Cable. 2) External Finger Push To Talk (PTT), QTY 21 3) Black Carrying Pouch, QTY 21 4) Disposable ear plugs, QTY 1 Unit (must be a minimum of 200 disposable ear plugs per Unit), Size Small 5) Disposable ear plugs, QTY 2 Unit (must be a minimum of 200 disposable ear plugs per Unit), Size Medium 6) Disposable ear plugs, QTY 1 Unit (must be a minimum of 200 disposable ear plugs per Unit), Size Large.
