38 -- West Falls Church Parking Structure

Washington Metropolitian Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is soliciting proposals for design/build services. These services are requested for the design and construction of a pre-cast concrete multi-level parking structure in Fairfax County, VA. This parking structure will be located at the West Falls Church Metro Station on a portion of an existing parking lot. WMATA will procure these services through a negotiated Best Value procurement. Proposals shall consist of separate technical and cost portions. Work for this project includes, but is not limited to, project management, A/E design and field engineering, procurement, construction, and the installation of building/site systems. The base contract is for a five-level parking structure containing approx. 960 spaces. This solicitation will include an option to add a sixth level to the structure.
