51--Synchronous Jacking System

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS/IMF), Bremerton, WA intends to purchase One-Enerpac brand or equal, consisting of (3)-each Enerpac SLCG-8 or equal (controller) with 2 to 8 point lift systems (electrical and electronic lines to be included). (3)-each Enerpac PER-8418c pumps or equal, compatible to new lift system. (26)-each New 50-ft 3/8" hydraulic hoses made to withstand a welding environment, be rated with a minimum 4-to-1 (40,000 psi) burst pressure and 190 degrees Fahrenheit or greater operating temperature. (12)-each Sets of valves and components as required to upgrade the synchronous jacking system. The place of delivery is PSNS Bremerton, WA. F.O.B. Destination. Required delivery date is no later than 25 August 2010. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The solicitation shall be posted as unrestricted, full and open competition. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 19 March 2010 with a closing on 6 April 2010. Complete specifications to be included in the solicitation.
