4 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

ORNL, acting through UT-Battelle, LLC under Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22725 with the U.S. Department of Energy, is soliciting a Firm Fixed Price quote for a 4 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO46B 4-BW-1500) or a domestic equivalent, with a required 1.5 GHz bandwidth, six FlexChannels, and a 31.25M record length, along with a Certificate of Traceable Calibration Standard and a one-year warranty.
