Completion of the Comply/Exception Sheet and this Quotation Request Form, including the Vendor Information portion is required and must be returned with your response. If you are submitting online through Public Purchase.com, it is the Vendor's responsibility to make sure the required completed Quotation Request form is uploaded and returned with your response. Faxed, or direct emailed responses are not allowed. Do not modify any of the text of this Quotation Request, provided by the County, doing so is grounds for disqualification. Mission/Overview: The Kern County Public Works Department is requesting four (4) Tracked Skid Steer Loaders, per the stated specifications, to be delivered to 5438 Victor Street, in the Bakersfield, CA. The County will review all responses fully submitted ontime and will have the final determination of which meets the specifications the best for the price.
