EVALUATION OF QUOTES: Evaluation of Quotes: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will provide the Best Value to the Government in meeting the salient characteristics (IAW Technical Requirements Document) and in price. 6. OFFEROR REQUIREMENTS: Offeror shall have a current registration on www.SAM.gov at the exact date & time quotes are due. Offerors shall ensure their System for Award Management (SAM) accounts have been updated as of October 2020 to reflect the inclusion of clause 52.204-26 - Covered Telecommunication Equipment or Services-Representation. If your SAM account has not been updated as of October 2020 you will need to submit clause 52.204-24 - Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment with your offer package. Offeror awarded Contract will be required to enroll in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for the purpose of invoice/payment. PIEE is the ONLY ACCEPTABLE means of invoicing for payment. 7.
