Full Description

The Project or Work consists of the installation of 480 Volt electrical equipment, including separately mounted circuit breakers, automatic transfer switches, mini-power centers, a diesel engine generator with subbase fuel tank, generator docking station, raceways and associated supports. A metal platform with concrete foundations will be constructed to elevate the electrical equipment. Also, the new utility service will require the construction of an elevated concrete pad, a retaining wall and regrading, and a rack for the service equipment. The generator, automatic transfer switch, and generator docking station were pre-purchased by the Owner and are to be installed by the Contactor. Complex construction sequencing and temporary power provisions are required to maintain continuous pump station operation.
