The United States Army, Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG) Modernization Program, Directorate of Contracting is issuing a pre-solicitation notice intended to solicit offers in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) W90BRJ-11-T-0058 for the supply and delivery of 10 ea 10-Ton Packaged Air Conditioning Units to be delivered in Khasm AL An, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This RFQ shall be issued in electronic format only and shall be available on or about 20 September 2011 through the Army Single Face to Industry (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) web portals.
