The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is conducting market research to establish a Firm Fixed Price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the procurement of spare marine gas turbines, subassemblies, and parts. This effort aims to create a rotable pool of spares to support the Ship to Shore Connector, LCS 1 Freedom variant, DDG 1000 class, and DDG-51 class, ensuring that replacement engines are immediately available during engine casualties. The government intends to utilize other than full and open competition, specifically sourcing from Rolls-Royce Solutions America, Inc. as the sole producer of the required engines, including the MT30, MT5S, MT5S-HE+, 501-K34, MT7, and 250-KS4 models. Under this proposed BOA, the government will maintain the flexibility to procure specific part numbers and subordinate components via individual delivery orders on an as-needed basis. Interested respondents must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages to [email hidden] by November 20, 2026, referencing solicitation number N64498-26-RFPREQ-PD-42-0213.
