ALDOT District Two Anniston intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverable throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)Vendor placing bid should be within a 50 mile radius of 1545 U.S. Highway 431 North, Anniston, Al 36206.This office would like to receive bids for monthly pest control services for five (5) district buildings located at 1545 U.S. Highway 431 North, Anniston, Al 36206, and one (1) project office building located at 4508 McClellan Blvd. Anniston, Al 36206.The services need to meet the following specifications:- General - Service & Monitor pest population of facilities using low impact products.- Service - Service to includes ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, rats, mice & nesting wasps. Implement a pest management program to be performed at least once a month separated by at least three (3) weeks.- Interior Treatment - shall not adversely affect carpet, baseboards, etc. and shall not leave residue, buildup or strong odors from products. Traps & baits to be used for rodents.- Exterior Treatment - should reduce insect habitat and control basic insects such as ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, etc. Rodent removal shall be part of plan & products shall not harm vegetation.Services will be completed monthly beginning October 1, 2026.
