42366 - Security Residence Renovation (Pablo Creek Conservation Area)

The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking a qualified Florida-licensed General Contractor to renovate and restore a dwelling unit at the Pablo Creek Conservation Area under a Firm-Fixed-Price arrangement with an estimated budget of $60,000 to $63,000, which includes a discretionary 5% supplemental work allowance. All work must be substantially completed and accepted by September 30, 2026, with performance beginning upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and requiring completion within 45 calendar days thereafter. Proposals must be submitted electronically through DemandStar or Central Bidding or via a single USB drive delivered by hand or courier to the District’s headquarters in Palatka, Florida; email submissions are prohibited.
