This contract concerns the procurement of a specific Navy part, identified as NSN 7H-4320-016040817, with a requirement for four Pump Assembly units (CTFGL), in line with Technical Data Package version 003. Delivery is set as FOB Origin, and the procurement is being managed through the Navy’s NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support office in Mechanicsburg, PA. The solicitation is open until October 10, 2025, and is currently in the presolicitation phase. Due to the unavailability of adequate technical data necessary for open competition—such as patterns, drawings, and detailed specifications—the Government intends to negotiate exclusively with a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. However, other parties can express interest or submit proposals and will be considered as long as submissions are received within the stated timeframe. The final award will depend on the offeror and product meeting the qualification requirements at the time of award. Standardized military and federal documents can be accessed through the DoD Single Stock Point, though certain detailed documents are not available directly through that channel. The contact for further information is Michael Decker at NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg.
