The Air Force has issued a notice under FAR 9.2 establishing Qualification Requirements for companies interested in the repair and overhaul of specific hydraulic pumps identified by their National Stock Numbers and Part Numbers. This source approval process indicates that firms must be qualified to perform repairs on the listed items, but it does not imply a current intent to procure such services or possession of repair data by the Air Force. The notice primarily serves to identify potential sources that meet the established standards and does not constitute a formal solicitation or request for proposals. Interested parties seeking additional information, including the Qualification Requirements documentation, must submit a written request directly to the Small Business Office at Tinker Air Force Base; telephone inquiries are not accepted. The notice covers three hydraulic pump models, highlighting the need for certified repair capabilities for these components. No specific response deadline or set-aside information is provided, as this announcement is solely for source identification and qualification purposes.
