2. Update the `Characteristics for Sump Pumps at Alcova Powerplant¿ section of the of the solicitation package (see attachment `Solicitation Package Amend 1¿, page 2 of 10)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will be issued. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement for Vertical Turbine Shaft Pumps. The government anticipates awarding this procurement as a firm fixed price effort.

140R625Q0040 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333914 - Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing with an associated small business size standard of 750 employees.

Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov to be considered for award.

Offerors are cautioned to carefully review the offer submission requirements. To be considered qualified for this work, offerors must fully address all evaluation factors outlined under FAR clause 52.212-2, on page of below.
