AI Contract Overview
Lourdes Academy District is seeking proposals for a comprehensive network infrastructure upgrade across three campuses including elementary, middle, and high schools. The project requires the procurement and installation of 16 WiFi 6/6E wireless access points, four 48-port Layer 3 Lite switches with POE capabilities, three 3000VA uninterruptible power supplies, and one full-height four-post rack with cable management. The scope includes extensive cabling totaling approximately 28,000 feet, consisting of single-mode fiber, Cat6, and Cat6A, along with all necessary patch cables, connectors, and mounting hardware. Service providers must conduct an onsite walkthrough with the technical contact and provide a detailed installation plan that separates labor, configuration, and activation costs from material expenses. Deliverables must include industry-standard labeling, comprehensive testing documentation, and as-built drawings of the cabling infrastructure. Proposals must include a signed Proposal Overview document and detailed specifications regarding equipment lifetime, environmental ratings, and warranties to avoid disqualification.
