AI Contract Overview
Trinity Lutheran Grade School is seeking proposals for a comprehensive network infrastructure upgrade. The project includes the procurement and installation of one firewall with at least 1 Gbps throughput, 17 WiFi 6/6E wireless access points, and two 48-port POE/POE+ switches supporting Layer 3 Lite and VLAN functionality. Additionally, the contract requires one UPS unit of 2000VA or more and the installation of approximately 11,100 feet of Cat6 cabling across 37 runs, including all necessary ancillary hardware and professional labeling. Service providers must conduct an onsite review with the technical contact before submitting a proposal. Bids must itemize labor, installation, configuration, and activation as separate line items from material costs. Detailed documentation, including as-built drawings and testing results for all cabling, is required upon completion. To avoid disqualification, vendors must submit a signed Proposal Overview document and provide specific manufacturer details for all proposed hardware.
