The Inland Empire Utilities Agency is soliciting proposals under RFP-VC-26-010 for professional transformer oil testing services to enhance the reliability, safety, and consistency of its transformer maintenance. The scope of work is divided into three primary areas: conducting visual and infrared thermographic inspections to identify thermal anomalies, installing standardized external oil sampling devices to improve technician safety, and performing detailed oil testing and analysis.
