NOUN: Tool Box, Portable; PRON: AX2L0020AX, NSN: 5140-01-556-9111, PN: KITPEOAVN-B01-RESET, Quantity: 102 each applicable to the Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) C8. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery is 102 each, 150 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Kipper Tool Company (Cage Code: 00NS2) because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
