The requirement is intended to be awarded under the terms and conditions of BOA N0038320GX901. The contractor is solely responsible for providing all necessary manufacturing aids, including fixtures, jigs, and special tooling. Quality assurance mandates a 100 percent Procurement Contracting Officer inspection at the source under DCMAO surveillance, with 100 percent inspection required for all critical characteristics. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073 as specified in the schedule.
