PRON: AX9F0121AX, NOUN: Bracket, Mounting, NSN: 5340-01-568-0527; P/N: MBCS13104, Quantity: 50 each minimum/250 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to UH-60 Airframe with deliveries to New Cumberland, TX. Required delivery is 50 each 320 Days After contract Award (DACA) and minimum of up to 50 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to martin-Baker America, Inc. (CAGE: 1Q842) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
