PRON: AX9F0853AX, NOUN: Bracket, Mounting, NSN: 5340-01-577-3832; P/N: MBCS13109, Quantity: 175 each on a restricted firm fixed-price type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 175 each 275 Days After contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to Martin-Baker America (CAGE: 1Q842) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
