This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. The Trade Agreements Act applies to six (6) of the items. Delivery is as follows: 115 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional years. There are not Qualified Products List (QPL) or qualified Suppliers List (QSL) items.
