The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command is seeking a contract for the installation of the CAV II system, physical inventories, and reporting at the Parker Hannifin Corporation repair and return facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This initiative follows a Joint Logistics Service Center mandate to establish strict accountability of Depot Level Reparables located at commercial contractor facilities. The contract structure consists of a base year with two subsequent one-hundred percent option years. Because the specific data required to initiate CAV transactions and maintain accurate inventory for AMCOM components is exclusively available at the Parker Hannifin site, the requirement is tied to that specific location. While the agency will consider proposals from all responsible sources, requests must be submitted via fax to the designated contracting officer, as telephone requests are not accepted.
