AI Contract Overview
Solicitation SPE7L1-27-U-0077 is a request for the procurement of O-rings under National Stock Number 5331-01-584-8694 for the DLA Weapons Support Land Supply Chain. The requirement is structured as a Unilateral Indefinite Delivery Contract for a one-year period with a maximum contract value of 350,000 dollars. The estimated annual quantity is 9 units, with a guaranteed minimum of 1 unit and a minimum delivery order quantity of 4 units. Delivery is required within 49 days after order, with shipping terms set as FOB Origin and both inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The contract mandates strict adherence to technical and quality requirements, including the prohibition of intentionally added mercury and specific packaging standards. General packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, while palletization must follow RP001. Invoicing is to be processed electronically via the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Award evaluation is based on price, with a preference for HUBZone concerns, and the procurement is conducted under NAICS code 332722.
