Solicitation SPE4A6-26-U-3330 is issued by the DLA Aviation ASC Commodities Division for the procurement of shoulder and recessed washers, specifically Boeing Company part number 7-311512112-5 under NSN 5310012516374. The requirement is for an estimated quantity of 187 units, with a maximum contract value of 350,000 dollars. This is an indefinite quantity solicitation that may result in a one-year contract below the simplified acquisition threshold. Delivery is required within 146 days after order, with shipping terms set as FOB Origin and both inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and packaging standards, requiring items to be packaged per ASTM D3951 and labeled according to MIL-STD-129, though the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements takes precedence. Quality assurance will be governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with a zero-based sampling plan requiring zero non-conformances for acceptance. Item Unique Identification is not required. Offerors must comply with domestic sourcing restrictions, including the Buy American Act and the Berry Amendment, and utilize the Wide Area WorkFlow system for electronic invoicing. All quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
