The proposed action is intended to be awarded sole source basis with one issued cage. The proposed sole source is Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry, Inc. Cage 81860. This item is solicited as Unrestricted. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program.
