Full Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Electrical Powered Bleachers for the Youth Annex Gym. The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB TX, is requesting information IAW 15.201(e) for End of Year planning purposes to obtain price and delivery on the following: New Bleachers - Bank "A" 5 tiers X not to exceed 65 feet. PFE power operation of bleachers with 2 aisles. Flex row front row with recoverable ADA. Row spacing - 26 inches, row rise - 9 and 5/8 inches, aisles - foot level with interior aisle steps and center aisle handrails. Capacity to seat 185 individuals. Operation - power, end rails - none, building code - IBC 2003, Type - wall attached, seat material - plastic seats. Requirement also includes demolition of old bleachers and removal from Laughlin AFB. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 337127 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This RFI is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation of an offer. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. If funds become available this requirement will be re-issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
