54--NV-DESERT NWR- (11) 2300 GALLON HDPE WATER RESERVE

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting quotes for a firm-fixed price contract to procure eleven 2300-gallon high-density polyethylene (HDPE) water reserve tanks for the Desert National Wildlife Refuge in Las Vegas, Nevada. These above-ground, tan, cylindrical tanks are intended for potable water storage to support wildlife during drought conditions and must comply with ANSI/NSF 61 standards. Technical specifications require each tank to feature a 22-inch screw lid with an integrated small level check lid, a minimum of three internal supports, UV and weather resistance, and an 800# rating for environmental pressure. The government has specified Innovative Rotational Molding, Inc. as the manufacturer, and no substitutions are accepted. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside with a period of performance from December 29, 2025, to February 16, 2026. Delivery is designated as FOB Destination to the Desert National Wildlife Refuge. Award decisions will be based on best value, evaluating technical expertise, past performance via three examples of similar work, and price. Invoicing is to be processed electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform. The solicitation process included three amendments, the final one extending the offer due date to January 9, 2026.
