54 -- Precast Vault Toilets

The Forest Service plans to award a sole source contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the construction, delivery, and installation of four ADA-compliant SST vault toilets. These vault toilets will feature stress concrete vaults, floors, roofs, and walls made from flyash, a byproduct of coal power plants. They will be coated with HEY-D1 K-11 to enhance durability, and the vault cover, access panel, and stool floor connection will be sealed to prevent water infiltration during floods.
