Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is W912D0-13-T-0006 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price. BASIS FOR AWARD: Contract will be awarded on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer IAW FAR 15.101-2, conforming to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected (in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside which applies to this solicitation). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 335999, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance and a business size standard of 500 employees. The scope of the contract will include, but is not limited to Purchasing a 40FT ISO Connex Container Mobile Battery Regeneration Station. The Mobile battery regeneration station will charge (96) 12 Volt batteries. This procurement is for Fort Wainwright Range Control. Please see attached solicitation for details. Equipment offered must meet all characteristics listed in this Solicitation. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this solicitation.
