THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
