The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item requirement for Concrete Ready Mix or Cement and intends to sole source a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Tanner Companies (Yuma) Inc. located at 2088 East 20th Street, Yuma Arizona for performance period of up to 5 years. The anticipated value of the BPA is $25,000 for the 5 years. For this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System Code is 327320 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or about December 1, 2007. This is not a request for proposal, however, vendors who are able to provide similar service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications, past performance information and price with delivery time.
