The Contractor shall be responsible for transport of materials to the site and to prevent demolished materials from entering the lake. It is essential that the small business selected for award be a certified membrane roofing installer of one of the standard roofing systems manufactured in order to obtain the required warranty longevity. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside Firm Fixed Price acquisition. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The period of performance to complete all work will be 90 days after the contractor received the notice to proceed.
