PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department Of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, The Eagle Point National Cemetery, Cemetery Expansion Columbarium Niches, In Ground Cremains at, 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, OR 97524 on or about May 17, 2020, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contract Opportunities at beta.sam.gov. The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Invitation for Bid (IFB). PER FAR 36.204, THE CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS BETWEEN between $ Between $1,000,000 and $ 5,000,000. The NAICS is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the business size standard is $36.5 Million. The basic scope of work is as follows: Contractor shall furnish labor and materials and perform work to install the following: Base Bid (CLIN 0001, Base Bid): 2,200 columbarium niches, 595 in ground cremains (IGCs) If resources are available, US Government may exercise right to fund additional option(s): Add Alternate: 670 columbarium niches Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing structures, alterations, excavation and regrading, walks & pavers, grading, temporary signage, curb & gutter, drainage, utility systems as shown on the drawings. A complete set of the contract documents (drawings and specifications) are being provided as reference documents for the work described above. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive.
